Townhome:Maitence not experinced,Most of the appliance have broken down atleast once and took several notices to get them to fix them and when they did fix them they broke down agian. Mold in cabinets. Quality of home is poor. Mgt is very rude! They do not care about thier tentants. Overall we have been very dissatisfied.

these apts suck! the mgt is stupid the maintance is worse! how hard is it to fix an a/c? our a/c has broke 3 times within a month a part each time. ive called and gone to the office to get it fixed or a window unit and never got a window unit. so weve had to rent rooms or stay with family cuz the maintance would take 3-4 days to fix the a/c.nor do they want to compensate u for any inconveniences theyve put u thru. they wont give out the persons number who actutally owns the buildings which is BS! we pay rent every month to b... read more

First of all, we made a mistake renting a townhomewith the site being unseen; however, since we moved from out of state, we had no choice. When we walked through the apartment, we didnt see some problems initially, so we wrote them down separately fromthe official documentation form and turned them in the next day.
