Here is his finish work. Uneven tile. Cracked grout. Sharp edges. Shower floor higher than entry to shower. Water spilling onto bathroom floor when showering. I won't use him again.

If I could give Elite Tile more than 5 stars I would! The first day I reached out to Paul he was very responsive. He came out the same day and gave me an estimate ,which was a shock since about 4 other tile guys I reached out to never even responded! I did have one other guy come out to give me a bid before Paul and he told me that most companies wouldnt even waste their time since our project was a small one! My parents hired Elite Tile to remodel their shower. The tile was put in very unevenly, with lippage on most tiles. The tiles were poorly cut into the corners where the walls met the ceiling, with over a 1/2" gap he filled with caulk. Without using any tile spacers to ensure evenness, they blamed the shape of the tile my parents bought, instead of taking responsibility for the unprofessional job they did. Paul is like a car salesman he talks great game but when the work is finished its horrible. He said he was going to use compression spacers to do an even job well that didn't happen. I wish I would never hired him as he ruined my floor design. Tile is all uneven causing trip hazards. He states its due to a straight cut of tile. Never finished the job. Said he would come back and fill in gaps between rooms he got his money and never came back. No quality or integrity in his work. He never came back to look at the final job. H... read more
