I am recovering from ACL surgery and have been to 3 different physical therapists. The team at Elite Therapy and Wellness have been by far the most in-depth and thorough with teaching me new workouts that have quickly increased the stability and strength around my knee. The facility is beautiful and a very welcoming environment. I highly recommend Elite for anyone looking to fix any physical issues or fine tune their body to prevent them.
