Dr Z. And his staff are top notch; everyone friendly, helpful and results-driven. I'm thrilled with the progress I've made with following their tips/education on stretching + strengthening as well as ART + adjustments.
Without question they are THE best. Most people dread going to physical therapy but not when you get to go here - excellent instruction, training and a positive atmosphere make a place you look forward to going. Dr Z, Nicole, Joe and the rest of the staff make it the great spot that it is. Highly recommended!
Dr. Z, Joe, Nicole and his staff are awesome! They helped me with lower back pain and with my "bum" hip. When the doctor first told me I needed to go to physical therapy I was very hesitant and dreaded making the 1st appointment. The staff are very experienced and good at what they do. They also service pregnant women...I'm 9 months pregnant and they are still treat me. It's more than chiropractic services...they provide treatment for areas that require attention. I love the exercise given to me because it helps me strengthen my body. Check them out!
Dr. Z and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! I called them up after injuring my back and they were able to see me that same day. After a few sessions, I was back to my normal activities. Not only did they help my back, but they made sure I walked away a better person too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
Dr. Z and staff have been amazing through my recovery process. I limped in with a L5 extrusion S1 nerve impingement (herniated disk). With no muscle function in my right calve, I was unable to walk correctly. Dr. Z was able to prescribe the necessary movements and treatments to eliminate my limp. We continue to work on getting me back to training with intensity and under heavy weight.
