This place has terrible customer service. I had something that was left out of the storage and on video where the site manager took the item and said since it was left outside, it is not covered to claim and that he mistakenly said he had it. Tried to talk to the owner and got no closure on his site manager Kassen taking the item. I was also notified that it was there at the storage waiting for my return, but to my disappointment it was gone. The last person on there video was the site manager with my item.
