The staff are very nice and helpful. The units are very clean and the property, overall, is well maintained.
I'm not very happy. I looked at a 15x50 unit. I put a deposit down, on what I thought was that unit. I went in yesterday to finalize everything and was told that the 15x50 unit was rented out the same day to someone else. I was forced to take a smaller unit. Live and learn, I guess. The staff are very nice and helpful. The units are very nice and clean and the property is well maintained.
Thank you Kara and Elite Storage & RV for all your help with moving us into our storage unit and with the ending process. Everything was done professionally and in a speedy manor. Thanks again for keeping our possessions safe.
