The people who cleaned my carpet used dirty water to clean the carpet and the carpet smells worse than it did before - when I called to see why he snapped at me and said I will come back out since I have to but if you're not happy with it this time then there's nothing that I can do about it - it is the worst carpet cleaner I've ever gotten before
