Elite had great reviews so I decided to try them out for the first time. Less than one week after my first visit, 6 of my acrylic nails were lifting. I went back in and they ended up having to remove all of them to apply a whole new set. The design and shape shown to them was not what I received the first or second time, but I let it go. Then, within 4-5 days of the 2nd set, my ring finger nails were lifting again. I went back in, they removed and fixed those two nails for free. Disappointed to what happened to this place. The owner is wonderful however the place has become dirty, the nail stations seem to never be cleaned. Today the lady was too rough with my nails during the gel fill in session and when I kindly asked her to be more gentle because I’m sensitive she told me not to complain because that stresses her. . . She erased my nails way too thin….. Will not be coming back and not sending my daughter back either. This place had a great start, too bad. Not for me.
My daughter and I went for pedicures today for mother's Day. They really took their time doing our nails. It's a nice clean salon. We were there probably 1 hour and 20 mins. $65-70 plus 15.00 tip for gel spa pedicure, but pretty worth it. Thanks Mao.
It was very clean you can't smell the chemicals and they take their time. I love the decor the plants it makes you feel comfortable
I was really excited for my first pedicure of the season, but disappointed in the final result. I booked a pedicure for at 4:15, but called and said I would be 15 minutes late due to traffic. They told me no problem. When I arrived, they promptly took me back despite my late arrival. I was pleased. The pedicure itself felt good.
