I went here for the first time today. Elite was recommended by my bestie and I'm so glad she told me about it! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Helen did my nails and she was very kind. I will definitely be coming back!

One of the lady cut my cuticle using old tools, without sanitizing. The youngster are really good at their job, but they should really replace some of the old ones.

Been there few times, even I tips them individually if staff change during my services. Last time there was a guy who had cigarette on his pocket, he was filing my sister’s nails and she wanted white color. He filed too much and the size was uneven too. My sister was so much in pain, she keeps saying it’s hurting but that guy doesn’t even care. He even says oh I can see and feel I filed too much on this finger but he keeps filing harshly. Mimi was wonderful. She is a perfectionist and shaped my nails perfectly. She also did my pedicure and it was very relaxing. I’ll be asking for Mimi again.
