I went to Elite because a friend referred me. After my first visit, Lisa, one of the owners told me she would start looking for me. I never heard a word from her. I decided to try again a few months later and again, spoke to Lisa and she said she would be in touch. It has been over 2 weeks now and have heard nothing. I have great work experience and have had really good luck with staffing companies before. . .Just not this one. Quite disappointed because I really trusted her to help me.
(Sounds like "Cookie" is an employee) Same thing, was real excited about an advertised position, went and interviewed with one of the owners, then never heard a word. Called a week or so later, and she said she would keep looking then rushed me off the phone. They look great, sound great, and get you all pumped up, but I dont think they actually care about getting you a job or following up with their job seekers. Booo!
