This place is great for strengthening core and correcting muscle imbalances developed from repetitive motion sports. As a year round runner, I've noticed a difference in my ability to maintain proper form when I get tired. Getting to know cool adventuring Alaskans is a bonus too.

Great does not describe what Elite is..Elite is exceptional.pristine..like no other..if you want to be the best, reach your exceptional goal..Elite is the where you need to be..like no other

For nearly 10 years, my favorite gym in Anchorage. Top trainers, good equipment, often varying the techniques to keep it fresh. Every workout is a challenge.

Great gym. Functional workouts by great instructors and some of the best athletes in the state that work out there can't be wrong. You want a fun group of people who workout hard and have fun, this is the place. They also raise money for the Alaska community when they are in need.

Always a great workout with any of the instructors. They expect a lot from you but also help you modify when needed.
