Club price is very high. You can get the same thing at an Anytime Fitness. Weights are extremely outdated. Pool is nice, play area is nice for kids. The premium they are asking for is obscene almost like a status or country club lifestyle. Not interested.
Elite needs to hire a competent kid programming director who is organized and places the safety of children first. There were several occasions the safety of my child was brought up with little empathy or follow through on solidifying procedures. Also, the same front desk employees who are cold and unfriendly to members need additional training or should no longer represent the club. RecommendedI love the salt water pool. Best place to swim laps. I also love seeing all the children running around the Quad and all playing. A happy place.
I absolutely love my club. Most of the employees are amazing. However, at this point, there are three staff members that need to take a refresher course on customer service. It doesn't hurt to smile and be friendly.
