Rude and shady! These guys are crooks. Purchased a item online, came defective and contacted them. They basically called me a idiot and that i didn't know what I was doing. They said to ship it back for a refund. I shipped it back two weeks later after contacting the MFG and they refuse to refund. They also refuse to ship the unit back! STAY AWAY! Stay far away!

they are great I was very impressed with the way they handled themselves. I felt as if I was there only customer they whole time. I would recommend them to anyone. They were fantastic and answered every question I had.
Great Service These guys rock, not only are they the most professional team in town they know what they are doing and that is very impressive. I interviewed several companys and Elite Sound has it all. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Service second to none!!! These guys are amazing. From the sales staff to the install crew I was fully aware of what I was purchasing and how it would operate after it was installed. They never made me feel like a moron about the questions I asked. I was very impressed when about a month after my purchase I not only received a thank you letter but a follow up call just making sure I fully understood how to operate my new system. I have reccommended them to my friends and family and hope you will try them out!
Elite Sound & Cinema Their cost is way too high; they charge for EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING; their labor rate is excessive. Plus, they charged me for stuff they did not do.
