Great Experience Today was the first time at Elite, I am very impressed! Jo was awesome, informative and quick. Very into sharing her knowledge, met the doctor, ( Dr Parikh) and he was very friendly and definitely listened and address my concerns. I am excited to say that I might enjoy going back!
Great first visit Spent 90% of my time with Jo the hygenist. She did a very thorough job and was very informative about the condition of my teeth and what I could do better to take care of them. She provided detailed cost information about future services if I decide to do them. Dr. Z then checked my teeth making note of concerns to watch going forward. He was pleasant.

The doctor and staff both took the time to address my issues and answer my questions. I had a crown pop off and fully expected to have to get a new crown. I was given the option of either putting my old crown on or getting a new crown....it was my choice. No one pressured me either way. High quality service, very professional and friendly Loved the atmosphere, friendly, willing to explain everything, and thorough. I did not feel at all like a patient number as experienced at other dentists. I was treated like a human being. My only complaint was the manner in which my mailer coupon was handled by the receptionist. When I scheduled my appointment I explained I had a coupon for a first time patient for around $90.00 which they would know about as they did the advertising.
