Found Dr. Lu while researching pre-cancerous skin spots. Called Monday morning; within 90 minutes, time to prepare and go, fill out paperwork, and in the exam room, I was seen by Dr. Lu! . So fast, I hadn't even fully prepped for the exam! That was a good thing! No waiting at all, literally! The visit went great! I can not think of anything that could have been better! Her prescription for a chronic condition that never was controlled despite being relatively minor has it cleared completely!
She is very patient, professional and friendly. I would definitely go to her again.
Can’t say enough good things about this Dr. I took my daughter to 3 different Derms before finding her. All others had poor bedside manner or just eager to write a script, or sell their products. Dr Lu takes her time to understand and treat all concerns thoroughly. My 16yr old LOVES her and has told all her friends about her. I went to her also for the surgical removal of a mole on my back. I’ve never had a problem getting an appt. and never had to wait for more than 10 min.
The best dermatologist I've ever been to! She operated on a pre-cancerous growth with no pain from beginning to end. Very thorough and responsive. Great staff, returns phone callls, listens and explains everything! She's great in every way!
Dr. Lu is by far the best dermatologist I have ever been to. She is the only one who listened to me about my moles and removed them with very little scarring. She is the best!!!
Great doctor. Helped me a lot with my skin problem. Cleared up my skin.
I suffer from terrible sunspots on my face and Dr. Lu took excellent care of me. She told me it would be 3-4 treatments, but after 1 treatment, they are almost gone! The cost was $350 for my face, and I thought it was worth the price. I am planning another treatment next month. I referred my co-workers and friends. Very happy with my results!
Went to Dr. Lu for a cancer screening exam and all went fine at that appt. She mentioned that she could take care of my rosacea with laser treatment. She told me the treatment was 520.00, and had the treatment done on 09/14/16. Upon arrival she told me I would need at least 2 or 3 treatments (news to me). She performed the treatment and left the room as if she were in a rush. I was told the red pot marks would go away in a few days. It is 11/09/16 and my skin looks worse than ever. Never again
My wife and mother have had treatment from Dr Lu. Also received high praise when we had to go to the Cancer Institute. Great office, staff and Dr Lu takes her time talking and explaining and building a relationship. Highly recommend! 10 stars!
