If you want memories id recommend them. We used them 4 years ago for our wedding and we are still talking about it. My wife made a stupid-proof spread sheet to follow and they still blew it. Billy C sucked. My wife had to hold his hand the whole night since he wouldn't look at the spread sheet. Played whatever he wanted. Hope he enjoyed the food
They did a horrible job at our wedding. We went over everything in the phone and an extensive intake form and the owner just passed the gig onto some under equipped dude we never spoke to who seemed to not have been told anything we went over. He did not have the equipment needed to keep the music going between the ceremony and reception even though we emphasized the two locations were about 50 yards apart and told it would be no problem. I had my wedding on June 1st and the dj really put everything together. Great vibes was better then i could ever imagine!
If you want a DJ that will do the absolute bare minimum, give Elite Signature DJs a call and hope for Billy C. I heard from our DJ within a week of our wedding. I had already prepared a spreadsheet with a timeline down to 5-minute intervals with songs down to the second and names with phonetic spelling. Somehow, though, during our phone call, DJ Billy C (with the spreadsheet in front of him) proceeded to ask me how to pronounce names and what order I wanted things in. If you are thinking of hiring this business for your wedding, DO NOT DO IT! Dj didn't bring a microphone to our ceremony so half the guests couldn't hear it. Then during the reception he barely played any of the music we requested and didn't announce anything and when he did it was very hard to understand. My guests have been bringing up since the wedding how bad the dj was-- pretty embarrassing. I tell everyone to steer clear of this business and will continue to do so!!
