Do not do business with this business. I waited for weeks for them to measure my window, put in the deposit. Called me last minute told me the installer can't show up because he called it off. Not being apologetic at all. Later I found out the lady who called me lied about it, she forgot to put the time on the installer's schedule, instead she put it on someone else. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. They put a mechanics lien on my house and threatening me to foreclose my house. They came and installed shutters at my house. Didn't fullfill as promised, when I tried to reach out to the manager/owner he said he will personally make sure they cost me more money. We are a small family trying to improve our homes and i even refereed my neighbors to them. Im calling the news channel to make a report, hopefully it airs soon. Marla and Jolene are exceptionally wonderful people. Besides knowledgeable, they are personable and downright fun. Business was handled immediately. No surprises as far as the quote for repairing our blinds. We were called in a timely manner (as promised) and our motor replacement was repaired fast. Thank you to all involved!
