This ONCE UPON a time was excellent product and timely service. I have called numerous times. Still waiting three months later and out $1000 dollars. For a long loyal customer this is unacceptable!!!No one returns calls! The sales people have left( hmm I wonder why) DO NOT Waste YOUR TIME OR Money!!! Just putting one star in so I can post!!! 5 years ago we had a good experience but now: DONT GET SCAM!!!!! They take your money and don’t even answer their phones. We pay them back in October and after delaying delivery for months, they told us to get the money back from the bank. By that time, it was already April and the bank refused to give us our money back since 120 days have passed. I have been trying to communicate with them and they don’t answer. If I could give no stars I would! I don’t even know where to begin! We were supposed to get our blinds at the end of December last year… yes DECEMBER! Here we are in May!!!!!!! The designer that came out had appeared to be so helpful and told me of I needed anything to let her know. I referred multiple people to them and now look like a complete jack ass because this company is useless! The designer reads her texts and never responds.
