Elite SFN rocks! New location really nice. It’s a gym for all ages and you do what you can do. No pressure. If you want a good workout surrounded by the best instructors and great people this is the place. They have different classes besides boxing and they are all taught by extreme professionals. Pro Trainer George, Tybag, and his other classes, are the best. If George can’t motivate you to exercise and have fun at the same time you need to check your pulse.
