If you want high intensity workouts with great coaching and endless ways to workout, then this is the place for you. I always get my money’s worth when I step through the door. Highly recommended if you’re into pushing your limits and hard work!

not a real boxing gym. none of the trainers know what they are talking about. a waste of money and time. don't come here. if these trainers are REAL boxers then im a boxing legend and Jake Paul is the next Muhammad Ali
Great gym if you want to learn from the basics. The coaches here are great at ensuring you have the fundamentals down before advancing you to the higher groups. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to get better at boxing because the staff here train you to get better.
