I've been doing the Sanda kickboxing program for 5 months. The coaches are knowledgeable, nice, and try to give everyone individual attention. The gym staff are also friendly and do their best to accommodate you. Before coming here, I tried out a couple of other gyms. This one was the most diverse, worked well for my schedule, and offered the best value for my money.
This is the only gym I’ve been to that doesn’t treat people like just a number. Everyone is invested in the member’s fitness journeys! Also, they have a lot of longstanding employees which speaks to the quality of the gym. I’ll always leave here with a great workout, no matter which class I take - even if I just workout myself! Give this place a try - you won’t regret it

Complete disorganization. If you are an elite fighter ,this is not it. I sent a pro fighter here, no one greeted him, the front desk person handed him the computer to plug in his name. Several classes going on at the same. No idea who the instructors are or which class to join. The advance class with sparring would be it but when walked up to join, the instructor said oh you not not joining this one today.
