worst company ever. had a scheduled appointment, never called, never showed, phone just went to voicemail. never again!!
This is one of the nicest repairman I’ve dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time with checking my fridge and even called the tech support from the manufacturer to make sure he was checking all necessary systems. Highly recommend him for all your service needs!!!
The guy came out. Completely, screwed up my plumbing. Lowes sent him out. If your repair contract sends this guy, have them send somebody else. I would not trust this man at all. His work is terrible. I could add much more about his work and the quality of his work. But bottom line is I do not trust this repair person at all. I would take the other negative review as truth and the others as robots. "Avoid him like you would a plague!"
I was referred to this business by Frigidaire Warranty Services late on a Thursday afternoon. I spoke with Yvener and he confirmed that he could come the next day. He called prior to coming and I provided directions for him. He arrived promptly, was very professional and cordial, and diagnosed the issue with the dishwasher quickly. He was able to repair onsite and tested it prior to leaving to ensure it worked properly. A very good overall experience.
They fixed my refrigerator. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend!
