10/10 recommend this company to replace your roof. If I could scream it in the hills I would. 1- VERY affordable compared to the average fee in the DMV area. 2- Great customer service. 3- Timely 4- Did GREAT work. The photos are of the work he completed as well as some of the damaged roof so you can see how bad my roof was. They replaced all my plywood underneath. It was pretty much a 30 year old roof with multiple shingle layers. The completed the work in one day and it looks amazing. Came back to edit my review to 3 stars ... read more

After the project was completed, getting any kind of follow-up support became extremely difficult. Calls went unanswered, and emails were either ignored or responded to very late. When minor issues came up that needed attention, it felt nearly impossible to get the contractor to return and address them. This lack of post-project service made the overall experience feel incomplete and left me with unresolved concerns.

One of the most alarming aspects of the experience was the apparent disregard for safety. Workers were not always using proper safety equipment, and there didn’t seem to be clear precautions in place to protect both the crew and the property. This created an uncomfortable environment, especially knowing that roofing work carries inherent risks. A professional contractor should prioritize safety at all times, but that standard didn’t seem to be upheld here.

From the beginning, it was clear that the project lacked proper planning. Materials arrived late, schedules kept changing, and there didn’t seem to be any coordination between the team members. At times, work would stop entirely because something important was missing or hadn’t been arranged in advance. This lack of organization significantly delayed the project and created unnecessary stress. A roofing job should follow a structured plan, but in this case, everything felt chaotic and poorly managed.
