Horrible experience with Rick and Elite Roofing - DO NOT HIRE We are a small HOA and building that paid them $13K in November 2021 to repair our roof with a 10 year warranty We have had to badger them to complete follow up inspections and complete addtional repairs under the 10 year warranty and we have had other vendors visit our roof and comment that multiple areas were not repaired accurately they have become unresponsive and I am posting this review as a warning to others and we will continue to contact them to honor the... read more

CONSUMER ALERT. HIRE AT OWN RISK. Deceptive, dishonest, and unaccountable for their mistakes, I would strongly urge you to reconsider if you are thinking of spending your hard-earned money with this company. They came out on April 9th to fix a small leak in a garage roof they had already worked on last year. Instead of the caulk sealant that was to be used along with a clear acrylic coat as discussed and stated in the contract, tar was slathered over the ridge and large portions of one side resulting in a far from satisfacto... read more

I paid $3,700 to have them put a new aluminum coating on my flat roof in late November 2020. This Spring I had my tenant on the top floor inform me of a roof leak and send me pictures. After numerous attempts to email and call, I've received no response. From the contract, "All labor and materials will be guaranteed for a period of five years" I had no issues with them until this point, but all I was asking was for them to come to take a look at the roof.
