We were very impressed with the actual installation itself which was a total of 2 days for approximately 3,000 square feet of roofing! The staff, both sales and installation, were very professional and available for questions at all times! And not to mention the installation itself was superb!

Elite had done my whole roof after hail damage a little under 5 years ago,. They were my first call. The Back half of my house was hit with a large tree split and large limb. They came out in a few days since the whole area had been hit one way or another. Quick quote and scheduling was pretty much in line. They did what they said they would do. Our representative, Ryann Jones was awesome with us - she was patient, answered all our questions about color selection, gave us space to consider our options, and was there when we needed - we texted, emailed, and spoke by phone. We live in Boone, started the conversation last Fall; and had the roof done within the last couple of weeks.
