My company and I were beyond impressed with the services offered by Elite Rides Chicago. We had a pretty complex schedule and had to deal with getting in and out of McCormick place multiple times per day. Such a great experience from start to finish! I appreciate that the pricing includes the tip and fees so there's no nickel and diming or screwing around at the time of service. Driver and vehicle were clean and professional and overall a stress free transit. Will definitely be using Elite again!
My husband and I recently ordered a ride from Chicago downtown to the airport. The experience was great and would highly recommend! We needed a car seat for our infant and they were able to provide us with one (meeting the safety recommendations). The entire process was easy and stress-free!
I hired Elite Rides for airport drop off and pick up for a trip to Dallas and couldn't have been more impressed. The driver was early and extremely helpful with loading in all of our luggage, the car was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and we made it to and from with no issues. While in Dallas, we took regular ubers around the city and simply couldn't wait to get back to Chicago and get in our Elite Ride. Will definitely be using them again!
I used Elite Rides for a concert this weekend. The service was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and I received quick responses with a few questions I had. Our driver arrived on time and was very professional. I will definitely use them again!
