Excellent Customer Service. Once I was able to get the contact info I had no problem at all. Sent what was required thinking it would be put on my follow up but within 10 minutes I had an email response and my reward was on the way. Thanks so much. Make my day. Kathy
1 star is being generous. I was given the run around and was Never given the actual gift card. I ended up cancelling my order with Raymour and Flannigan. $25 wasn't a deal breaker but I didn't appreciate being treated the way Elite and R&F treated me.
I won a cruise trip through Elite Rewards, they were phenomenal in handling my trip arrangement, everything went as they said because Customer Service was able to expedite changes as they occurred. I was able to have a safe fun trip Sponsor byTempurpedic get Elite Rewards.
Maya was AMAZING! She was very thoughtful and thorough Absolutely one of the Mist Delightful people I have ever worked with in customer service!!!!
7 days and they haven't even shipped my card yet. this has to be the most inefficient company ever
