I love being a baker. What I do not love is having to pay for expensive restaurant equipment to keep my bakery open. we ordered a cooler for our business...came in damaged with lots of problems....they want to replace parts not the unit...it has bent shelves...coil is all bent up...broken doors....dent in the top...they say because I signed for it they are not replacing the unit...order your product from some one else that will stand behind their products

After a few somewhat negative reviews of our restaurant, I realized we could not wait any longer to get new bar stools and booth seats in our diner. I knew that it would cost a ridiculous amount of money if I went to a restaurant outlet store. These guys offer some really good stuff. I used them for some minor items, cutting boards and utensils, but they did a good job. The quality of the products we received met our high standards and solved some basic issues we were facing as a restaurant. I was pretty pleased with their fast shipping. I did not want to spend years accumulating the materials we needed to fill out our little cafe. It is a small place, granted, but we knew we needed the basics to make it work. My friend recommended Elite Restaurant Equipment to me to get the items we needed. I am really glad that she did. I was so pleased with the experience from the ordering process to the delivery time. Good product but beware of free shipping claim. Purchased a $900 refrigerator and elected for no drop gate delivery which should have been free. Their website claims free shipping on orders more than $249. Told them we would handle off loading and that a drop gate trailer was not needed since the refrigerator only weighs @ 200lbs. Received a bill from FedEx for $132. Notes on the FedEx bill that was sent from Elite shows we would handle off loading.
