You might think that you could just buy janitorial items at a local supermarket, but you would be surprised by how expensive these places are. I was in great need of some cutlery items such as knives, forks, spoons and other items that are directly related to the industry we are in. After all, I cannot have guests eat with plastic items. It was clear to me that the items I needed were best bought at Elite Restaurant Equipment. My family owns a small supermarket. We needed some smaller items like baskets and shelving but did not want to overpay for it. I bought some deli equipment from Elite Restaurant Equipment. My one focus was the meat slicer. Meat slicers can be finicky. If you do not buy the right one it can come back to bite you. When that happens you will find yourself with poorly sliced meat. You don’t want that. Neither did I. That’s why I bought my gear from this company. I am big on customer service. These guys know what they are doing. I was over the moon happy with how quickly they answered the questions I had about the products in their store. I was also very pleased with their selection, which is something most other online shops are missing. I bought some of their ice cream equipment because I wanted to add that to our already booming cafe. It is summer, after all. Owning a bakery is not easy. It requires patience, an understanding of how to make the perfect bread, and a good eye for detail. My family owns a third generation Chinese Restaurant and we needed some items for our place. Everyone who owns a restaurant knows how important it is to have a good reach in cooler. That is what I purchased from Elite Restaurant Equipment. I grabbed their more affordable reach in cooler for a price I literally could not believe. I even asked their customer service team 3 times if that was the total price. Sure enough, the cooler arrived on the date they said it would and to my standard. I was glad that it did too, because we had a big event we were catering the next day. Great experience.

Who would think that trying to find a sandwich prep table would be so much work. It took forever to locate an online store that provided an affordably priced prep table. I spent weeks locating Elite Restaurant Equipment, but it was worth all the effort. Our deli needed a high quality item and I needed a price that was right. I found both with these guys. Their prices are well below the going rate that I found. I am pleased I located them and I would buy from them again.
