Ordered a new gelato case. Front row...rock hard. Back row...mush. I have a 16-pan gelato case that I can only display 8 pans in. Customer service from George is basically non-existent!

I had no idea it would be so difficult to find comfortable and affordably priced seating for children. I needed multiple booster seats and high chairs for our little cafe. I spent some time doing research and quickly realized that I needed to find a bulk supplier. I discovered Elite and boy am I glad I did. Everyone wants a cold beer. When our bar refrigerator went out I did not know what to do. I knew I was going to lose customers, to be sure. I visited the Elite Restaurant Equipment supply store and was more than excited to see how affordably priced their bar refrigerator was. Their customer service team was friendly and fast in answering my questions. I also received free delivery because the items I bought totaled a certain amount. I will be back and use them again for our bar supplies.

Pastry supplies were on my agenda when I shopped at Elite Restaurant Equipment. I knew that the costs of buying these items in bulk would help me save a good deal of money. That is what I am always about as a business owner. Even a pastry chef can be savvy with money. So, I found them, bought the handful of items we needed like spatulas and pastry bowls. I now plan on buying a commercial mixer to help us keep with the demand our bakery now has. It is exciting and I’m glad I have this company to help me out.

You might think that you could just buy janitorial items at a local supermarket, but you would be surprised by how expensive these places are. I just needed a mop and bucket and a few other items and my bill quickly rose to astronomical prices with another online shop. I was in great need of some cutlery items such as knives, forks, spoons and other items that are directly related to the industry we are in. After all, I cannot have guests eat with plastic items. It was clear to me that the items I needed were best bought at Elite Restaurant Equipment. My family owns a small supermarket. We needed some smaller items like baskets and shelving but did not want to overpay for it. I saw one of the reviews my friend had left of Elite Restaurant Equipment and decided it would be a good idea to buy what we needed from this company. I bought some deli equipment from Elite Restaurant Equipment. My one focus was the meat slicer. Meat slicers can be finicky. If you do not buy the right one it can come back to bite you. When that happens you will find yourself with poorly sliced meat. You don’t want that. Neither did I. That’s why I bought my gear from this company. I am big on customer service. These guys know what they are doing. I was over the moon happy with how quickly they answered the questions I had about the products in their store. I was also very pleased with their selection, which is something most other online shops are missing. I bought some of their ice cream equipment because I wanted to add that to our already booming cafe. It is summer, after all.
