Amanda Purvis Quinley is awful. I was recently moving from Texas to Mobile. She was extremely quick to respond at first. As soon as we arrived in Mobile, very quick to respond. I was purchasing a home in Foley which was owned by an 80 year old widow and was called 5 days after the contract was written ,to inform me she didn’t want to sell. I agreed to not force an elderly woman from her home and would not take any legal action. The agent called me a couple days later saying she is now wanting to sell. The agent later told me that her brokerage was going to charge her an $8000 commission if she didn’t agree to sell.
