I have been a tenant for 5 years. This is a great group of people. There maintenance man Spencer is super helpful and professional.
Great People and very caring. I had to move fast and they helped relocate myself and my kids to a beautiful new rental home. I love my wood floors that they did for me too!! :)

The Alltimate SLUM LORD management. My building has been without heat and water for 2 weeks and no one will even respond or do anything. They won't even get the trash picked up since they took over. There is a mountain of garbage in the back of the property that has been growing for months. I have never seen such a disgrace they have no shame.
