I would give a zero if it would let me. Horrible property management company. Our neighborhood looks like it is falling apart since they took over. I would not recommend.
If could give zero stars i would. I've NEVER dealt with any Property Management lack there of as bad as this one and i don't believe Jennifer Oliver or any of her Staff have a clue about managing property with their nasty attitudes. HORRIBLE......DO NOT RENT OR BUY anything from Jennifer Oliver or her Staff. They're all shady and liars and it's apparent they have to write their own reviews and they use several different names. Elite Real Estate owns and manages Ballenger Manor Apartments in Flint.They Currently have an injunction blocking the City of Flint from demolishing the property. Not only a slum lord but also a slum creator.
Very structured company...Strong in the Detoit and Flint markets.
This company has hard working, efficient and extremely helpful employees. Everyone from the receptionist to the Realtors are exceptional!
Love them! I get 12-15% return on my investment. They are very good with international investors.
