I am a tenant. This company hires fresh grads or university students who need to go back to school after the summer, so between transitioning, every piece of info is misplaced. Not to mention, students wouldn't have experience in property management, so good luck. The owner seemed a A+ person. And yet the budget allows her to hire people at minimum wage.
