My mother had suffered with back pain for many years, and had balance problems when she walked. She was losing her confidence with every day activities. Four years ago I found myself with a frozen shoulder and was lucky enough to find Elite PT at the same location as my gym in Timonium. How convenient is that! Caroline and the staff were awesome and the care, superb! I regained 100% mobility which I was not expecting. I now have a new issue with my other arm and am back at Elite but at the Harbor East location due to the Timonium location losing their lease. Elite PT is excellent! Each of the PTs are extremely knowledgeable and are committed to helping you not only recover but prevent further injury. The PT techs are focused on your care and ensure that you perform each strengthening exercise properly. This combination provides the greatest relief/results in the shortest amount of time. I highly recommend Elite PT!!!
I can go so far as to say Elite has changed my life. With the help of the unbelievably amazing staff, an injury that made surgery seem certain is now healing much butter than I or my doctors anticipated. Not only do I not need surgery, but I am back to my active self.
