Great management company, hands down. The owners are great people. Great communication skills from all the employees, which is hard to come by now adays. 6 stars.
If you would like to be playcated and ignored and left waiting for your issues to be addressed, then these are the people for you. Unfortunately you cant submit this tidbit without at least giving them one star. If i could i'd give them 0 stars. i suggested them to a friend because of the location of their building on DAVID AND FAIRLANE. Sure seems they have more important things to do than address tenant concerns and repair issues.
Elite manages the condo building where I am the owner of one of the units. As the condo board president until very recently, I worked very closely with Elite in the management of the building. Excellent service, responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It has been a pleasure. Thanks Elite!
OWNERS BEWARE – ELITE DOES NOT DELIVER! TENANTS: When hiring a property management team, an owner expects that all units will be occupied and when a tenant leaves, a new tenant will be promptly found. With this company, I experienced 7 months of vacancies for 3 different properties.
