After reading through multiple online reviews and looking at reports filed with the BBB, it became clear that the concerns I was hearing weren’t isolated incidents. There’s a consistent pattern of complaints about communication, responsiveness, and overall management. Has to be one of the most non-responsive disorganized companies I’ve ever had to work with on behalf of somebody else. Antiquated ways of doing business and long lead times to follow up, if they ever follow up.
Horrible experience with a water damage claim due to a neighbors fridge. A cause of loss unrelated to the association. My mother’s condo insurance has been ready to pay out and have the restoration completed, but this management company has been delaying the process, refusing to provide a denial letter stating the association’s coverage does not apply. I put in a work order to have a beehive removed from the side of my condo. Within a few days I got a call from Elite saying they are sending someone out then a few days later someone came out and removed it. Thank you Elite
Elite doesn't listen to the residents. They fight people on silly things like where they parked or whether they have something on the grass while residents deal with water damage for months. There is no accountability or common sense. Our fees have doubled in the last 5 years for horrible quality in exchange.
