Could be better – I thought this was a good idea, renting a house. But the staff is so rude and the maintenance is slow. The emergency number doesn't ever get answered. How is that a good thing when your air goes out in this 101 degree weather. They do not fix things the first time they come and then you feel like you are "bothering" them by asking them to do it again.
