Beware of this agency – They seem nice enough from the start, but don't expect to get much of a deposit back. The preferred cleaning agency, Fenner Services, is the owner's sister. They do the inspection and "charge" for cleaning if you don't request an exit walkthrough. There is a huge conflict of interest here on many levels. I cleaned the place thoroughly and was charged for things I had done.
