They do not communicate with customers. They sure do expect that money in on time! Have not even received newsletters this year. If looking to move to a place that this company manages the HOA, do yourself a favor and do not do it.
Over Priced Transfer Fees! $150 for a simple electronic process.
there a horrible mis manage company that doesnt have any customer service skills what so ever and when I call them they act like I'm bothering them I move to a diffrent condo to be closer to work and thankfully they have a much better HOA and I will make sure that the complex here on the west side does not use Elite Property so the resident in my current neighborhood dont go through what I did!!

Horrible customer service. impossible to get return call from Katie in accounts receivable. Left several messages to pay fees. Will not return calls.
