Scheduled with them to get an estimate. First time was no show but we gave them another chance. Somone showed up but never got back to us about a quote. Followed up multiple times, no answer. Very unprofessional. If you don’t want to do the job, just say so. No need to ghost us.
While the estimator and painters were very professional, we were very disappointed in the quality of their work. We had the exterior of our house, as well as our deck & front porch painted. Paint began to peel in less than 6 months. We reached out to the paint manufacturer for answers since our questions were not answered by Elite Professional Painting. The manufacturer told us that the paint should not have been applied under the conditions, late Fall.
Joe and Tom came on time, worked quickly and thoroughly. They moved my furniture and put back the pictures. Can not say enough nice things about them.
