Brian and Melvin were friendly, explained the leak detection process clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way. I would definitely recommend Elite Pool Leak Detection. My pool service first told me I needed a new pool pump, but after I called and spoke with Brian, everything was explained clearly and the pricing felt fair. Melvin came out, performed a complete pool leak detection diagnostic, and found that the real problem was a suction side leak, not the pump. Brian, the pool leak detection tech, did an excellent job explaining the leak inspection process and then following through to pinpoint the likely source of our pool leak. The issue was in a main supply line and was not obvious from wet soil, strange sounds, or other surface signs that usually help identify underground plumbing leaks.
