I took elite pool to small claim court. The judge ruled in my favor. Now elite is mad and refusing to pay what judge ordered. Not good business
My mom made a call to elite pools and the man seemed to be having issues understanding her accent. She apologized and said she was handing her phone to me but before I could speak to him, he hung up the phone. We thought maybe he had hung up on accident, so we decided to try and call back but he stopped answering the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Mr. Marland did not confirm an appointment with time nor date. This was an urgent request and pool access can only be scheduled. He only said he would be available next week Monday or Tuesday. Marland said to text him the address. After that I didn't hear back from him at all. Was not even sure if he was going to make this happen. Poor customer service, skills and Rude over the phone.
I have been meaning to write up a review of my new pool construction for almost a year now. And now seemed like the perfect time, while I have a peaceful moment on my patio listening to music with the calming sound of the pool's waterfalls in the background.
