Staff extremely friendly. I was having issues with my pool vacuum that I purchased from Elite about 4 years ago. Roni trouble shot the vacuum and did everything she could possibly do to get it up and running. She didn’t try to up sell me a new vacuum until we exhausted every option. She gave me all the options to consider and we came up with a plan that saved me over $800’s. The vacuum is now working perfectly.
