I purchased an air conditioner unit from Elite, which works fine. However, they called me at a later date and said was entitled to a free maintenance check of my furnace, since I did business with them. They sent someone to my home. He went in the attic, came back later, and said everything was fine. Months down the road, HELP of Southern Nevada came out to evaluate my home for repairs. They found that my return boxes on my furnace were disconnected. He showed me the picture he took. The boxes were 4 inches from the furnace.... read more

I got a call from Elite Plumbing and Heating offer maintenance on my air condition gave me a price for $50.00 to check my system. I agree and schedule for a maintenance man to come to my house. The maintenance man check the condenser which outside the house. He said I have a leak and a technician will come the next day to advised me what is wrong with the unit. Run away from this company! The Las Vegas location is a horrible company. They installed my unit quite a few years ago. Because my family only occupied the home once a year, the unit was not used often. I hired a person to look after the home and followed Elite's advise on how to run the unit in our absence. The unit never worked the way it was supposed to. Heat did not work correctly, air did not work correctly in the summer. Elite Plumbing Heating & A/C provides 5-star service. Our 18-year old furnace and air conditioning system gave out at midnight of June 17. Armondo & Nick ensured that a technician would be sent to address the problem on June 18. Tech, Anthony arrived and determined the need for a entire new system (for the lifespan of such systems are15-20 years at best per DOE). I have used ELITE 2 or 3 times this year and have had nothing but excellent experiences with their plumber technicians (Pete & Shann) who are very knowledgeable, courteous and always professional. They came in and got the job done quickly and even cleaned up without leaving a trace. I will recommend ELITE to my friends!

I have used this company for over 10 years. I have purchased 2 heat pumps during that time and have used them for semi-annual checkups. This year I have had some issues with my 9 1/2 year old heat pump. First the blower motor went out in winter. It took 2 weeks to fix (not Elite's fault. That would be Lennox). Then I turn on a/c (heat wave in April) and only hot air. Turns out that was the thermostat for $160. During that service call I discussed new unit with Ken.
