I submitted my concerns to Elite Physical Therapy’s internal channels, but they were ignored. I share my experience so others can make informed decisions, as these channels seem focused on limiting negative feedback rather than resolving patient concerns. During my first experience, I was instructed to perform exercises that were inappropriate, unrelated, and premature.
