I would definitely recommend this office! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Shelby because I was having constant severe headaches. I had tried everything to get rid of them, but nothing worked. After going to the office for 2 weeks my headaches are completely gone. The people in the the office are so friendly and encouraging. They are there to help you feel better and will do whatever they can to ensure that you get the best service.
Principled Chiropractic always squeezes me in with short notice. The staff are helpful and friendly. Dr Shelby is amazing, and if you ever have time to book a massage Tyama Todd is the best.

When we moved here 10 years ago, I discovered this great practice. Dr. Teifke is the best! I have had neck issues since age 9 so I’ve been to many in my 60 years while living in New England & the Midwest.
Everyone is super friendly. I take my daughter and they make her feel comfortable with getting her adjustment and not scared.
