Caught their guy on my in house surveillance going through my belongings and yelling at my small dog, who was in her kennel. She was doing her job, barking over a stranger in the house. I wasn’t aware that the pest control company, that their job was to go inside people’s houses and go through their belongings and touch all their personal items and violate your privacy!
Don’t waste your time. You may as well just buy your own cockroach bait. First two visits were a sloppy 2-3 minute squirt at my baseboards which of course didn’t stop the rampant cockroach problem. They are hired with Los Altos Apartments and have been out like clock work every two weeks (like the technicians have suggested) for 6 months and my pest problem is still going strong. They have “treated” the entire building and fumigated. They use Advion roach bait gel which you can buy off Amazon.
