Never got rid of our ants. Kept charging us for retreatment. Came out to treat 4 times and charged us all but once. 2 times they went to the wrong address where we had not lived for 15 years before they got to us. The last time they were supposed to come and treat again (and it was supposed to be free) no one ever showed up. We called and left a message to follow up. No one returned call. I wish zero stars was a option. horrible customer service, fail to do accurate inspections then lie when questioned. Any pest control company is better than Elite
