I was struggling with an adductor issue from training. I would take time off and then try to build back but the same problem kept arising. I decided to go to physical therapy for the first time and in 2-3 weeks Dr. Damhoff took me from little to no-load bearing that my hip could handle, to being able to start building back up to full training intensity. Dr. Brian helped me so tremendously. Before seeing him, I had knee pain after every run and had to reduce my mileage a lot. After only a handful of visits I can now run, play sports, and live my life free of pain. He gave me functional exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee that I can now continue while staying active outside. I highly recommend Dr. Brian and am so grateful for the help he gave me!
Both Dr. Brian, and Dr. Max were excellent during my time at Elite Performance Institute. There is a wide variety of exercises, and I was always learning something new each and every visit. The two doctors I worked with are both super friendly, motivating, and supportive. Would 100% recommend Elite Performance Institute to anyone considering attending!
I started seeing Dr. Warren the first week of July with a pain in my peck that then turned into a pain in my shoulder blade. Within a month of seeing Dr. Warren weekly and doing at home exercises, my pain went away.
Since seeing Dr. Max, I've noticed a significant decrease in my headaches, as well as much less neck and shoulder pain. I'm so grateful for his expertise and compassionate care. If you're looking for a chiropractor who truly listens, I can't recommend Dr. Max Warren at Elite Performance Institute enough.
