The staff were friendly and Dr. Rupert listened to me. He seemed to be genuine in intent to assist me. However when I left the office, nothing moved forward. None of the appointments for the other doctors they were supposed to refer me to were made, no MRI. The medication he prescribed needed additional input from him before it could be filled so the pharmacy reached out to the office but didn't receive what was required. Very effective and trustworthy staff and drs
Edit: (7/29/2025) After receiving two numbing injections both of which relieved my pain quite well, I'm thinking about canceling my ablasion appointment because they are causing me to go bankrupt! DO NOT BUY THEIR BRACE!!!!!!! They charged my insurance nearly $6000 and then on top of that they had me pay $200 cash the day I got the brace. THEN another $600 in payments for a year. The real deal breaker is that when I went to physical therapy at CORE Therapy, they had the exact same brace on a shelf for a grand total of $50. I... read more
Stay far away from this office. Horrible experience with poor solutions provided, along with being unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could.
