All this place wants is your money, especially if you have good insurance. The sedation for injections doesn't work and they want to push meds on you. Dr Rupert and Ruxer was fantastic but the staff are rude and quality of care has went down hill drastically. The turn over rate of staff should tell you something. Stay away go to different pain specialist. My water had the same bad experience and several of my friends. Good luck!
Everyone was very pleasant to work with and didn't have to wait long in the waiting room area. Dr. Ruxer was very explanatory and easy to understand
I have been going to Elite Pain for about a year, maybe more. I have seen Dr. Rupert mostly and he has been very kind. I go because of a heart condition after open heart surgery where I got an infection in the wound the infection got into the sternum bone, the sternum was removed and the infection nearly killed me. I was in the hospital for 30 days total. I am suffering from extreme pain after flap surgery and pain in my back. I am now seeing his PA and I am not impressed at all. Dr’s and staff very pleasant. They pay attention to your needs and give you advice on how to manage your pain. I would recommend this place.
