The tech, C'Jai, who did the the treatment was a pleasure to deal with. I was notified about a change in a timely manner. He was on time, provided helpful information, and answered my questions. Fingers crossed the tx to eradicate some stubborn pests is successful.

Garnet and his colleague were very thorough in looking for a possible source of frequent bites/welts. They could not find evidence of bedbugs or other visible insects (thankfully). To the company’s credit, they don’t offer to treat pests as a precaution if there are no pests found during the inspection. Garnet left me with a few helpful recommendations.
