I had the worst experience dealing with this lending company, I was the seller and they were assisting the buyer, they initially provided me an estimated time frame of 21 days to close which extended to 2 months, Mr. Gregory Fletcher was very unprofessional, and provided me false information regarding my transaction, telling me that the funds were wired when the transaction was not even near to close just to buy time, they ruined my credit, and when this was brought to the owner's attention Maria she ignored my complaint.
