Totally agree do not ever sign a contract with his builder. It is true absolutely no experience in actually building and following up anything with customer. One of the worst builders you could go with. Save yourself the headache and financial loss and go with a reputable builder who can actually build houses. The entire team is incompetant. You will receive lie after lie after lie.
Do yourself a favor and build with a reputable builder. This builder will deceive you and play victim the entire time. There are so many better builders out there, think twice before encountering any business with Elite. You will sell your soul to the devil.
