I'm so sad. I took my daughter in for mommy daughter mani pedi, they took great care of my daughter. (Which is why I'm giving two starts and not one)However, the gentleman that did my pedicure convinced me to get the deluxe pedicure, I agreed. He didn't do anything to my feet except change the gel color and give me hot towels. Went with a friend for a basic gel mani yesterday. The shop had maybe five customers, so it wasn't busy. The technician had an attitude from the get-go. She was rough enough to make my friend's fingers bleed twice, and didn't apologize at all. When my friend asked her to slow down due to the pain, she gave my friend an annoyed look and said "it's fine."
