I absolutely love coming here! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and the owner is especially wonderful. She even remembers my name, which makes every visit feel personal. Today, I arrived just 30 minutes before closing, and they still graciously accommodated me for a gel manicure and pedicure. I had two technicians working on my hands and feet simultaneously, and they had me finished within an hour without making me feel rushed. I'm so sad. I took my daughter in for mommy daughter mani pedi, they took great care of my daughter. (Which is why I'm giving two starts and not one)However, the gentleman that did my pedicure convinced me to get the deluxe pedicure, I agreed. He didn't do anything to my feet except change the gel color and give me hot towels. No callus remover, no cleaning up the cuticles on my toes, or clipping ingrowns etc. I feel he took advantage because I was paying more attention to my daughter getting her first mani/pedi. Went with a friend for a basic gel mani yesterday. The shop had maybe five customers, so it wasn't busy. The technician had an attitude from the get-go. She was rough enough to make my friend's fingers bleed twice, and didn't apologize at all. When my friend asked her to slow down due to the pain, she gave my friend an annoyed look and said "it's fine."
